Conservatory Division
The Conservatory Division includes classes for students who are interested, willing and able to particpate in a significanlty more rigorous schedule. Most classes require prior dance training and/or require additional ballet classes for support in technique and strength building. Almost all students in Conservatory classes are placed in a specific class by the Director. Students in these division classes make a committment to attend classes consistently, exhibit self-motivated behavior and dedication to their course of study. Ballet, Broadway and Jazz conservatory students are given the option to perform in showcases throughout the year in our 150-seat studio theatre.
Broadway and Jazz students must take one ballet class per week. A student may participate in one or more conservatory programs.
