Pre-School Classes 2010-2011

Pre-School classes are designed primarily for children from 3 to 5 years old. We offer a wide variety of classes including Pre-Ballet, Pre-Tap and Pre-Jazz (Disney Kids and Broadway Kids for 5-7 yo). The focus of these classes is not dance technique, but rather encouraging an appreciation and joy of movement, fostering self-discipline and socialization.

Dress Code for Pre-School Classes
Pre-Ballet-Pink leotard with or without skirts, pink non footed tights and no shoes
Pre-Tap-Pink leotard with or without skirts, pink footed tights, black tap shoes
Disney Kids-Black t-shirt or leotard, black jazz pants and black jazz slip-on shoes
Broadway Kids-Black t-shirt or leotard, black jazz pants and black jazz slip-on shoes
Discover Dance 1-Black t-shirt or leotard, pink tights and black jazz pants, ballet slippersand/or jazz shoes and tap shoes

Hair: long hair should be in a neat, secure bun for ballet and a pony tail for jazz classes
Jewelry: none (please including all play jewelry)
Tutus: pink elastic waisted tutu is allowed
Costumes: none at all, ever!
