PreSchool Classes

Pre-School classes are designed primarily for children from 3 to 5 years old. We offer a wide variety of classes including Pre-Ballet, Pre-Tap (Broadway Babies) and Pre-Jazz (Disney Kids for 5-7 yo). The focus of these classes is not dance technique, but rather encouraging an appreciation and joy of movement, fostering self-discipline and socialization.

Late starters in our Pre-School Division Classes are welcome to register until March 15, 2010.

Pre-School Dress Code: Pre-Ballet, Broadway Babies and Disney Kids
  • pink leotard
  • pink tights
  • pink ballet slippers (do not use cloth "ballet slipper" looking bedroom slippers)
  • tap shoes for Broadway Babies (available at Linden's Dancewear or other Dance supply store)
  • Disney Kids students need black slip on jazz shoes, black jazz pants and may wear a black leotard instead of pink.
  • pink chiffon or tulle skirt attached or separate is ok
  • PLEASE NO COSTUMES EVER! 
  • Hair should be pulled up into a bun or pony tail if hair is long enough to reach the shoulder
  • THE DRESS CODE IS NOT OPTIONAL!
