The BDTS is located in Southwest Durham, close to Chapel Hill, RTP, Cary, Apex and Hillsborough. Adjacent to the US Post office at the corner of Shannon Rd and Chapel Hill Road, the school has more than 10,000 sq ft of dance studios, including its own 150 seat theatre for our in-studio showcases, lobbies and offices. We are across the street from the new Southwest branch of the Durham Public Library and very close to several shopping centers and movies.

Michael Barriskill and Elliot Pack, co-owners, both serve as Vice Presidents of the National Dance Association (VP-Dance Education & VP-Dance Science) and make it their prime concern to deliver the most up-to-date teaching methods available.
